What is the best way to replace the default "welcome to the message center, please enter a mailbox number or wait" greeting? Customer would prefer to provide a replacement greeting instead of recording one directly in. If I recall correctly, the record via handset method was used via the admin mb? I'm guessing that I could use the putty method to play the greeting to identify, then replace with customer's. Its been a while, so I am checking here first. THX!
