Change number of rings before going to VM?

Hello all and thanks in advance for your help.

I originally had my system setup to answer with the Auto Attendent after 3 rings and for voice mail, 4 rings. But now I need to change the AA to answer after 4 rings, which I can do, but for some reason instead of getting the AA, the VM kicks into the General Delivery VM box. How can I correct this?

you cant have the aa and a dn's no answer capabilities set at the same ring count. set the aa at 4 and the dns fwd no answer to 6. system will not allow 5.

Number of rings change it from 4 to 6 for all sets that have ringing lines on them...
