Change name in Company Directory 2

Can anyone tell me how to change the name that a caller would press into the Company Directory feature. Basically, when you call my company right now you have to enter Brian in the Company Directory to get me... and I'm Amanda. I have changed the display name and recorded my name for the directory.

By the way -- I love this site and all you tek guys & gals are fabulous! Thanks in advance for any help.

You have to login as a system administrator (F983 and pass:
12xxxx or 102xxxx)

There MBOX - CHANGE - Enter your MB no - and there change the name.

log in to your mailbox. press 8 than 1.

both of the above. you as sysadm want to do PressAltF4's method to change the spelling of the name so the directory can find the right mailbox by spelling and then your customers need to go int admin and press opt 1 to record their name. both work together to get people to the right mailbox/telephone.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
