Change Message of entry call

I have a problem with message of entry call on Avaya definity and i need to change this message but i don´t know how to do.

you need to find the announcement change feature code and dial that and the announcement code from a station with the right permissions

Is this a Welcome Message on a vector?

Do you know the VDN number the calls come in to?
Try display VDN XXXX where XXXX = last 4 digits of your direct dial number.
Look at the Vector this points to.
Display vector YYY

Look on the vector for the first announcement entry and take a not of this number.

It may be more prudent to setup a new announcement (change announcement) then record a new announcement there using the relevant Feature Access Code (Display Feature).
You can then change the vector to play the new announcement once you are happy with the recording.

To record an announcement:
Dial FAC for Announcement Access Code
Dial Announcement number
Press 1 to record (use drop key when finished as hanging up causes noise)
Press 2 to listen
Press 3 to delete before re-recording.
