Change IP on i2004 1

Is ther away to change the static IP on an IP i2004 phone?
Second question, can I use static IP's on my softphones i2050?

If you go to the phone switch it of and then on. when the phone starts up and flashes nortel networks. Push the 4 buttons from left to right at the bottom of the screen.

I200x handset

If Manual Cfg DHCP(0 no, 1 yes) appears on the screen, you successfully accessed the configuration mode.

Enter 0

DHCP=0

The system will require the following information

Set IP ( IP ADDRESS)

The set IP must be a valid and unused IP address on the
network that the telephone is connected to.

NetMask (Subnet mask)

The subnet mask of the network

DEF GW Default Gateway of the Network (usually the router to the public network BCM or other router) Please ensure that the gateway entered here is the same as the default gateway of the BCM under Netlink manager.

After you have enter the above just keep hitting OK until you get to the end and the phone will restart.

The I2050 uses the same IP as your pc. If you change the PC address the I2050 will change as well.
