The network team is going to assign new IP addresses to a network segment where the remote G430 and several IP phones are residing on. Just want to double check if I'm missing anything.

- Update DHCP network scope for IP phones
- Change IP address in G430 gateway
- Reboot IP phones?
- Do I need to update the MGC list?

Gateway and phone register to prcr

default route in the gateways
You can't change the IP in a gateway if it's the primary management interface, so you'd have to do something like 'interface vlan 2, ip address 5.5.5.0 255.255.255.0" then make it "pmi", reboot, then nuke the IP on vlan 0, change it, make it pmi again and reboot.

Also, network map in CM has to have the new subnet to associate to the network region just right.

Plus making sure all the other routing is in place everywhere - but that should be a given.
