what can i do if i need to uninstall win98 (or change some senting)and I DONT HAVE NO MORE THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION CD?

You cannot get files from a cd which you don't have. You will just have to go without changing those settings or will have to buy a new CD.
If you buy one online, ensure that it is not "license only" which will only allow you to put it on another computer, but that it has media(disks).
