Change information mailbox recorded name

Yikes, did they bury this one or what?!? I need to change the recorded name of an information mailbox and cannot find the prompt anywhere. I figure it's a hidden numeric entry but I can't find it in my system coordinator manuals and the procedure for changing the recorded name for a normal mailbox doesn't work for an information mailbox. I know I need to toggle between regular and info mailboxes with a '1' but there's nothing for changing the recorded name (I got the directory typed name changed just fine.)

login to the mailbox and wait for the lady to speak
it will be in the user guide/ reference

Hmmmm....

I logged in (Feat 981) to my info mailbox and the only 2 spoken or automated options I have are to listen, play or re-record the primary and alternate greetings. No admin or other options.

Under admin (Feat 983) I am only allowed to reset the password, change the service class, list in the directory, etc. -- all input through the telephone buttons as no matter how long I wait I do not hear a voice prompt in the information mailbox admin area.

Log in then it should be 8 1 to change the name.

If all else fails, delete the m/b, then re-create it.

Well, I did think of that but this is a very lengthy informational message that took me umpteen tries to record and the thought of doing that again....

I'm sure it's in there somewhere, just a question of finding the right undocumented keystroke.

If I ever come up with it I'll post back here.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think a "information" box does not have this option.. after all, it is NOT a "user" box...
I don't have a system here at home to test it... more on that later.

Well, I recorded a name when it was first set up, so given that you're able to record it initially, one would think you'd be able to change it at some point down the road.

It's not a do-or-die situation and I doubt anyone ever actually hears the recorded name as they can't leave a message anyway. Only the greeting plays, at least as far as I can tell, but dang if some person won't find a way and I'll have a snippy VM in my own box alerting me to the error.
