Change in aut-msg-wt feature?

With our upgrade from CM4 to 6.2 we are finding some differences between the two. For example with CM4, when you pressed the button programmed for aut-msg-wt you were taken to the voice mail box for the extension specified and asked to enter the VM password. Now with 6.2 the phone displays 'MESSAGE RETRIEVAL DENIED'. Business partner says it should have never worked that way with CM4 but we have too many users who know different. Any suggestions how to make it work on 6.2? (we also upgraded from MM3.1 to Aura Messaging)

The labels on the phones were probably wrong. While labeled 'aut-mgs-wt', they were really either auto-dial or abbreviated dial to the pilot number for your voice mail system. It sounds like the BP programmed the buttons as LWC Message Retreval.
