I want to change the Internet home page and proxy setting on 1 pc for all user who currently log in to it and all future users. Is there a place in the registry to edit these setting that will effect all users. If so can you please assit me in finding them?

Were you able to figure it out... I am looking for the same thing... I would want to do this on the Server side, so it would take the change globally in the DOMAIN. I don't want to make the changes on each individual PC.

Thanks!

I would just run GPedit.msc from the run box. Then expand user configuration, windows settings, internet explorer maintance you will find all the settings you need. The proxy settings are under connection and the homepage are under URLS. The local group policy will effect all users who login, unless you have a domain policy the overrides it.
