I have a BCM 400 with i2004 telephones. Some users want more buttons so i have to change the sets to T7316's. How do i go about changing the configuration?

In the Unified Manager, click Services, IP telephony, IP Terminals, Nortel IP Terminals, then click IP Terminal Status. Find the DN in question, highlight it, click Configuration, the Deregister DN.
It's not a requirement to deregister the extension for what you're doing, it just keeps things in the system cleaned up.
