Can I change the feature key labels thru Nortel CS 1000 web gui on an autodial key? I know how to change the label on the phone itself. I would like to know how I can make that change to the phones through a central means(i.e. web gui or system navigator).

No. Feature key labels on a 390x phone have to be changed locally; they are saved in the phone's memory. The only thing stored on the switch is the destination number for the autodial key, which you can change through the CLI.

The phone set I am working with is the Nortel i1120e. Does that make a difference?

It does not. The only way to change the phone label on the IP Phone 1120E is through the phone itself.
