change ext. numbers

i have a cics w/6.1 and star talk flash 2-port/customer wants ext's to start at 100 instead of 221.how do i change this?

Starting at 100 will conflict w/ the general delivery mailbox which is 100 and the system administrator box which is 102.

To change DN #s you need to do a DN renumber.

go into system programming on the CICS and renumber the DN's. You have to log out of programming for the changes to take effect.
On the voice mail you will have to just create new mailboxes - remember mailbox 100 is the General Delivery Mailbox - then delete the old mailboxes. Also, the new mailboxes will have to be initialized to work

thanks to all,but what sub heading in system program do I change it to sta.100

go into programing and go to "system programming"
the next heading should be "hunt groups" then "change dn"

enter old dn then new dn

you will have to go into the feature settings and change the park code
it is set for 1 so it will conflict with 100 dns

as said above be careful as to who gets mailbox 102 as it is the main mailbox to use for feature983 programing

hello all,I have cics w/6.1 and stf 2port.customer wants to have hunt group to ring on 6 phones then drop into mb 227 afer 6 rings. i can't seem to make it drop into any mb.i set the cfda to 235 built mb to 290.after 6 rings it says this mb is unavailble.do i need to build a phanton mb of some kind?or can someone tell me how to do this correctly.
