Gents,

Hope someone here could help me out.
I have a working IPO with IPOCC, now the customer wants to change the domain names.
- I change the Domain in the IPO - system - LAN1 - VOIP
- After this I change the domain in the CHAP - Adapter - properties.
When I reboot everything, the IPOCC SIP user won't register: In the Monitor trace I can see it's trying with the new domain name but 403 forbidden.

What am I doing wrong. I have opened a ticket with Avaya, but i'm already mailing on and off for 3 days without any result.

Thanks in advance

Which IPOCC version are you using?

Domain name needs to be changed in a lot of places, there is an AdjustHostname.exe in the Utilities folder on IPOCC 9.1 ISO.

Hi Janni,
It's a IPOCC 9.1
will the adjusthostname mess up with the existing configuration of Agents, groups, topic and flows?
thx

No, it will change the hostname in all the configuration files.
