Change DN Option 11C

Hi,
I like to change DN 508 to DN 506. At ITEM
prompt I don't understand what to write.
My program is

LD 20
REQ: CHG
TYPE: 3902
TN 006 0 00 06
ITEM Can not understand?

ITEM: that is what you want to change:

IE: ITEM KEY 0 SCR xxx , or FDN or CLS ect!

try that! also, if echg comes up you don't have to go through the whole phone program, just change what you want to and cr out!

to change the DN xxxx to DN yyyy first delet the old DN by using null at
ITEM KEY 00 null then
ITEM KEY 00 yyyy

i don't think you even need to delete it first. You should just be able to enter the new DN.
