Change DN Length?

Can I change the DN length on the KSU or do I need to reinstall the vmail? My KSU is setup for 2 digit DN's and the vmail is set to 3. I would assume that these need to be the same length??

how did you get the mismatch? is this a new install?

i would think it would be easier to re-initialize the voice mail if it is a new install.

Yes, new install. The system was supposed to come preconfigured, but I noticed that the DN lengths were different once I started having problems setting up the mail boxes.

To re-initialize, I suppose that would be the "reinstall" option in the CallPilot Manager..?

Reinstalling worked perfect. All my problems have gone away!

YOu could have also went to DN length inside you programming and changed it there. would have been simple and you wouldnt have had to reprogram the system.

not true, either way the Vmail would have had to have been re-initialized. this way, that was all that had to be done.

keep it simple.
