Change DN from 3 to 4 on BCM450 R6

We have a BCM 450 R6 and want to change the DN from 3 to 4 digits. I am in the Element Manager but i cannot find that heading. Plus I want to change the incoming digits on the DID from 3 to 4. Any help will be appreciated.

DN LENGTH: Telephony > dialing plan > general
INCOMING DIGITS: telephony > dialing plan > public network

You will need to reinstall Callpilot from scratch as well so it will be at 4 digits too.
