Change DN field "switch properties" in CallPilot Nortel BCM400

Hi! I'm trying to change the DN that appears in the field "switch properties" of the CallPilot. When I set up an auto-attendant for some lines, always listen the recording that is associated to voicemail dn 4215 and ignores the greeting table I associated with the lines.
Is there any solution other than reset the CallPilot?
I have published this problem in other thread but I think that this is the correct thread.
