Change default options for new mailboxes - 3300 Embedded

Mitel 3300 CXi MCD 5.0

Currently, when a new mailbox is created, the default behaviour of the mailbox is to present the recorded message (if there is one) and then come in after with the pre-programmed 'Leave the message after the tone ...' message.

I have to go into the Administrators mailbox and edit each mailbox individually to remove this and have it just play the recorded message followed by the beep.

Does anyone know of a way I can set this behavious to be the default? It's not such a big hassle now I've just finished editing our 95 in-house mailboxes, but I'd like to know for future reference and customer installations.

Do not think there is a way in the embedded. Best you could do is on a new user in the user and device form you copy an existing user/extension combo and then alter that for the new user.
