Change DC static IP address to different subnet

Due to Sonicwall VPN problems (IKE Responder: IPSec proposal does not match (Phase 2)), I need to change to a different subnet. Currently using 192.168.0.0/24. This is probably a good idea anyway because it is used too much worldwide.

Anyway my Windows 2003 DC is also my DNS, DHCP, WINS server as well. I do have another Windows 2000 DC for replication.

Changing the IP is simple, but will it update the settings for the DNS, DHCP, and WINS server. Will I have to change these settings manually? I will probably need to change reservations this way.

I am not sure how to force update client IP addresses. I will shorten the current lease reservation to one hour before I make the change. I have heard that by restarting switches, it will force an update.

On the replication DC, any special changes there, besides the IP address?

I just want to make sure that what appears to be simple - does not end up creating many problems.

Thanks.
