Change day and night greeting

I need to change the day and night greeting on my AD-40. I can connect to it and know how to record the new greetings. I just can't find where in the AD-40 software the main greeting and night greeting are to delete them and re-record them.

can anyone point me in the right direction?

Usually it's in the "OPEN" box off of the easy made application screen. If not, look at where the ports are pointed to. Again it's usually the "OPEN" box. It may be a transaction box in the transaction directory.

In one of the easymade application screens it will show you which box the ports get answered with usually OPEN
Then go to your OPEN box and highlight the greeting
then dial your voicemail pilot number then you will see the port answer
Press f4 to scroll the arrow to the port that answered
then press f3 to do a local connect to that port
then press f9 to record then when ready press the space bar and you can start to record
press spacebar to end the recording
then press f10 to listen

Thanks to both of you for your help on this. i thought I was going crazy because that is where i was looking and there was no greeting recorded there.

I finially discovered that our grreting are being handeled by the "Main Greeting MB" as it is called in the "Transaction Directory" section of the application.

I was able to get them re-recorded this morning so the bosses are once again happy.
