I was looking at thread798-1667884 and I am having the same issue.

I login as admin2, load up LD 02 and can show the date and time with no problem. I type stad 06 and hit space and it takes me to a new line with code TFC201. We had the problem last year when we tried to change the d/t with admin1 and it would not work because of permission levels. admin2 has the correct permissions. So what does this TFC201 code mean?

TFC201 says this

TFC0201 The parameter specified is out-of-range.
Action:
Severity: Info. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: No

What release are you running? If you are running on a Linux server you need to change the date and time
in the command line.

Set time and date
To print the current time and date: TTAD day-of-week day month year hour minute second
TTAD WED 24 11 1976 15 41 49
To set the time and date: STAD DAY MONTH YEAR HOUR MINUTE SECOND
STAD 24 11 1976 15 41 49

This is not true. If a CoRes then you can change the date and time in UCM

I got it to work after trying a couple more times. Thanks all.
