Hi,

I've read plenty of post about attendant problems, but so far i can't find the answer to my question, probably i'm missing something...

The attendant was setup to dial the operator (ext 900) when pressed the 0 key, but now it's being redirect to another DN (859) Hpw can i change this setting?

Thanks for the help!

Regards,
-Hector

Look in the CDB and open up the ATT gateway there you will see ATDN (attendant DN) put what ever number you want the attendant to be there.

Thanks hawks!

Now, how do i do that? What's does CDB and ATT mean? I'm afraid i'm not so an advanced user in this system. Can you give me the command that does these actions?

Thanks again!

-Hector

If you don't know the ATT and CDB is than you better contact your Vendor.

The CDB is the customer data block and ATT is a part of that. In this CDB you can make very much damage if you don't know what you're doeing.

Regards.

Thanks for your help guys!

Jaccodo makes a good point in the Vendor thing. To be honest, i know that's the easy way, call me curious, but i eant to know how this PBX works and what does all this CDB, ATT, etc... means and work.

Thanks for your replies, they were very helpful!

Best way is to get hold of a little option 11 and play around with it - if your company will shell out or book a couple of training courses.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
