Change AST and ICR values

Can someone show me how to make the following feature changes?

AST/Associate Set Assignment - I need to set it to 0 1
ICR/IP Call Recording - I need to set it to allowed

All the prompts for digital sets are locatd in the Admin book, under LD 11, Digital Set Administration.

So, start by opening this set of books and then going into LD 11

AST 1 (so i take it you want to record key 1)

and remember AST requires a ISM license and you will have to set IAPG on the set also

I would not easy change if it is an ACD Set

I have never had a problem changing an ACD set, I was always told not to copy or MOV an ACD set though
