Change aloha hard coded foh button names

is there any way to change the hard coded buttons on the screen panels on the foh order screens in the sql database or are the panels hard coded into the programming? Example: I would like the "new order" button for the bartenders to say "new tab" and not "new order" as its confusing for the staff. There are a few others too.

Searching all the sql data cells in all the tables is just too cumbersome so maybe someone here knows

Most FOH buttons for TableService are hard-coded. I have tested this out before by editing iber with a program such as PE Explorer, but this is neither ideal or legal I assume. You would also have to rebuild iber anytime an upgrade was performed as well.
