Hi everybody

I'm working with a BC 13 and i would like to change an active common function from one lim to another.

<CNPIP:UNIT=CTLMP;

PROGRAM UNIT INFORMATION
PU-NAME PU-NO PRODUCT NUMBER REV PATCH
CTLMP H'172 6/CAA 111 9558/01 R1A NO
TYPE
B'0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 1000 0000 0000
TYPEEXT
B'0000 0000 0000 0000 0010 0001 0000 0011
LOADED IN LIM
4 8
ACTIVE CF LOCATED IN LIM 8

What command can i use to change the state of this unit from lim 8 to lim 4?

Thank you

The program unit CTLMP is a common function for all lim's but it's only loaded in two, number 4 y number 8. As can be seen with the command CNPIP, now it's active in lim number 8, and want to change its state from lim 8 to lim 4.

Why do you want to change it? They are exact copies of each other (after dump). In your case, if LIM8 goes down,
the passive unit is going active. If you block LIM8, you can see what happens. After deblocking the LIM8, the unit is usually active again. But just try.....
To get the unit in Lm4 permanently active is another story....

Thank you fcpli, i blocked LIM8 and it worked.
