Change ACDN forwarding number

I have an ACDN that's currently forwarding to an outside number, and I was asked to change it to forward to an internal 4 digit extension. Not sure how to do this.

I do alot of simple changes in LD 20 and LD 95 but not much else so I would need some noob step by steps in the LDs etc.

You might want to print out the acd to start with so you know what you are looking for.

I added in the space and x/-'s in the NCFW (NCFW 70001 XXX-XXX-XXXX)

As far as the NCFW, I noticed there is no 9 to dial out. also, what is the 70001? Do I need to worry about it?

On more thing, what is OVTH 2047?

70001 is most likely the access code for your route to dial out, it shows as ACOD in the RDB entry if you PRT it in LD 21

If you are entering an internal, just enter the number, do not add the xxxx's after it. OVTH is overflow threshold, but you are not using it in this set up, so leave it alone.
