Change ACDN for Meridian Mail

I need to put a TOD control on our Voice Mail System

Opt11 C version 2121 release 3

The system currently uses ACDN 6299 for Messaging Services

I have set up a TOD control on ACDN 8887 with business times for the 6299 and off hours as well as holiday announcements

I need incoming calls routed to 8887 w/o affecting the Messaging on 6299

ACD-DN 8887 needs to NCFW to 6299.

Then in Meridian Mail add 8887 to the VSDN table and associate it with the TOD.

This will not effect your normal voicemail.

The change did not work. Sorry.

Currently, if I dial 8887, I go to the TOD and the calls are correctly directed (business, off hours and holiday) all controls, services, and messages setup and tested.
(Prior to change- because 8887 was ncfw to mail,
after change- because it still goes to mail as 8887 even thou it routed thru 6299)

calls are currently handled on 6299 which ncfw to mail
(messaging service)

Calling the main plant number routes to mail over 6299 ACDN
I wish to override that so inbound calls are handled by 8887 ACDN.

I found the DID with ATDN 6299

If I change this DID s ATDN to 8887 will this solve the problem?

Print one of the mail TNs and what is the ACD queue assigned. It should be 6299. Now you need to find the main number in the SDN table and assign that number to the TOD controller.

Your main number can not be 6299 and have your voice messaging number 6299. Your main number is something else that forwards to 6299. Look in the SDN table for numbers that point to your old main menu.
