Change a file's creation date? 1

If I create a text file today ... how can I change the date of it's creation such that the FileDateTime function returns a date of yesterday or last year within visual basic?

The Tip worked well! I just had the change the format string from "DD-MM-YY" to "MM-DD-YY" to match the way my system stores dates.
