Chage in Mailbox Store Size Lags

All,

I had a user that exceeded thier mailbox store size and wasnt able to send email. I have increased (doubled) their size from 250MB to 500MB, but still the user is unable to send/recieve mail.

I rebuilt the polices for Recp. Update services thinking that might do it, but nothing.

did you have the User close outlook one time and then re-enter. Sometimes It helps when making those types of changes. also you may look into refreshing the policy for the user.
