Hi

I'm running Centos 5 primarily for Nagios, but I get an error, how can I make sure CGI is installed and working? If I click a CGI link my browser tries to download the script so presumably I need to install CGI?

Thanks

<sarcasm> Yes, based upon the detailed error messages you supplied in your question, the key details you supplied about your webserver and the in-depth detail concerning the language used for the CGI scripts, I think we all agree you should "install CGI". </sarcasm>

Have a look at the Apache reference manual for how to enable CGI. Search for ScriptAlias and ExecCGI to find the right parts...
