Hello all,
I have been having problems with a customer unable to call forward their set to a Long Distance phone number. This site uses Account Codes set up via circuit provider. The customer claims this is not working, upon using a * or # sign after number, then account code.

Forwarding to local numbers works great, just not LD. Is their a way to even accomplish this feat, or am I running in small circles again?

Thanks in advance!!

Are the Account codes required by switch or carrier

If switch, create a phantom phone DCFW to number you want and make sure NCOS is high enough to not prompt codes

If required by Carrier, try using ACOD + number of another route

Don't of a way around this one, and it is a major security violation for hackers. The solution from Nortel would probably be PCA (Personal Call Assistant).

*UPDATE*
Had the end user try the ACOD for the route.
Since there is only one route on this PBX, there are no others to try.
Yielded the same results, no go.
