I have an extension here that seems to be getting calls from another skillset despite the user not being on it.

Is there a way to list all the CFWs on the switch so I can search and prove whether or not someone has entered the wrong forwarding number on their handset?

Cheers

no, best bet is to prt your tnb then go to pepedog.com/merridian and download the excel macro that sorts that tnb into a single line per station.. with that you can find the cfw in a matter of minutes.. if you just prt the tnb you can do a search for the dn..

the calls are going to the dn of the acd set? if that station has tdd she should see the forwarding station.. have you tried an entc..

Cheers. Turned out the agent had stuck the wrong ID in...

way to go.. that happened about 2 days post symposium cut.. all of a sudden appointments were getting calls needing an ambulance.. started checking all the scripts, looking at everything.. the live display solved the problem.. same thing.. one agent logged in wronge... and the bad thing skillset a used 1000 to 1100, b used 2200 to 2250.. nothing even close... glad you found it
