Hello Guys,
normally we can push cfw feature to the phone, and user can manually input destination number he wish to forward to, but I am just not sure if I can do it from overlay command.

You can input a CFW number when programming a phone but you cannot activate it.
Your options are
1. Remote Call Forward feature - might require some programming on the system to set up. See the Feature and Services Fundamentals guide.
2. Remove the DN from the phone and reprogram on a phantom TN with DCFW or and ACDN with NCFW.

If its an IP phone add virtual office, login, set the Call Forward, Logout
