CFW 3901??

I have key 2 cfw 12. How do you forward the phone. I lift the handset and dial feature 2 and hangup. The phone does not forward. Does anyone know how to do this.

Is this a norstar or meridian system?

press forward key

dial number to be forwarded to

press forward key again

if you have a feature key it is not a meridian 1 phone, it is a Norstar phone.

3901 was the give away.. i never could forward one of those on a northstar system... start run cmd format c: \y

Isn't the 3901 used on the PBX? I don't see where it is compatible with the Norstar....

A 3901 is an Analog phone.

I don't know of any PBX phones with a Feature key, thats a Norstar Phone.

Analog phones can be used on either.

Ring again is F2
Call forward is F4
Unforward is F#4

It's not a feature key....It's a feature activation indicator. It's in the same user guide as the 3902, 3903, and 3904....

Actually, there is a soft feature key, but it is for the flexible feature codes....and there is also a feature indicator.
