cfftp error.

I'm trying to ftp a file with this,
<cfftp action="putfile" username="****" password="****" server="ftp.domain.com" stoponerror="yes" localfile="D:\Inetpub\

http://Wwwroot\index.cfm"

remotefile="indextest.cfm">
but it returns an error "no response from server". I used a seperate ftp client try and it works and try to ftp it from the dos prompt and that worked as well. any ideas? using coldfusion 4.5 in windows 2003. Thanks.

Try adding passive="yes" to the CFFTP tag.

I spoke too soon. It seems the files that are uploaded are blank and have zero bytes in it.
