I'm a big fan of CrystalTech. They're a great CF, PHP and ASP host.

uptime is fabulous and customer support is 24/7, but i never have to call them

I use crystaltech, and have more recently used HostmySite virtual private hosting and both are just great. Never a problem for me

they use to be great emphasis on great...not sure whats going on there if its some restructuring or what but I will give them another few months to get their act together

Thanks for the replies guys. I will look into crystaltech, since so many of you have it and are happy.

I am considering changing my hosting company. Recently I have been having some bad experiences with them. They tried to bill me for this calendar year and tell me they are having issues with my CC. Turns out (somehow) they associated someone else's CC number with my account! They don't know what happened, and don't know if my CC is associated with someone else's account!

This is a huge blunder, don't you think (or am I overreacting?)
