Certificate Service error

When backing up the system state of my web server via a BrightStor ARCserver 9.1 client agent, I am geting a warning: "Certificate Services is NOT online. Offline backup is not supported".

Does anyone know why I am getting this error and how to correct it.

Hello,
you probably have certificate server installed and it is always part of system state. So,if you start to back up system state, it will also back up certificate server and it probably must be online. Just try to start certificate server service in services and try to back it up again.
