Certain users not getting email

Hello,
It was brought to my attention that 2 different users are having problems recieving emails from various different addresses. My Gwia is up and running and everyone else is recieving emails just fine. I did an analyze/fix of these user's mailboxes, but I am wondering if this will really solve anything. Is there anything else that I should check or look into? Thanks.
 
I should also say that I am running Groupwise 6.
 
Are they receiving any email? If so, only internal or external? Are there any rules setup by the 2 users? Can they send mail ok?

Yes, they are recieving internal and external emails, just not from certain outside addresses. The name and email addresses on the rejected emails are correct. Yes, the users can send email just fine to internal and external sources. The only rules that these people have set up are vacation notices, but they are not running.
 
Personally, I would try a top-down rebuild of the PO...I was having that problem with my 5.5 server and it took care of the problem..
 
Does a rebuild of the PO cause any lost info, such as emails, rules, or any customization settings to each end users account? It doesn't look like it does, however I just want to be sure. Thanks.
 
Please verify you are not listed by any DNS blocking sites. Not getting email from a particular site (or not being able to send to a particular site) can be evidence of being blocked (normally as an open mail relay, but also by open HTTP relay, open SOCKS relay, etc). You can find out by going to relays.osirusoft.com, and following instructions to see if your IP address is listed, and why. You can also go to and many others.
 
I have checked with these sites and my IP's are not listed. I did get a response from one user saying that they are now getting email from the trouble addresses. I ran an Analyze/Fix on the mailbox and it seems that it has cleared up the matter. Now, for the other user....
 
Actually we ran into a problem with not recieving ramdom emails to certain uses. It was learn they have virus on their machines and the virus seemed to affect the emails. Once the virus was removed they recieved all email.
