Certain Fonts not showing up

A few of my fonts doesn't show up on Corel Draw 10. But when I use the fonts im missing on Corel and use it on Word it's there. What could be causing this problem?

First thing to check for are duplicate fonts - i.e. do you have both a TT and a T1 version of the same font installed at the same time? If so, that will cause lots of grief. You can really only have one version of a font installed at the same time.

Thanks for the respond. I just checked to make sure there is only 1 version of the font installed. There is only 1 version.

Specifically, what fonts do not show up in Draw that show up elsewhere?

3 types of fonts not showing up just on Corel. They are the following: 911 Porscha, Battlefield, Super Ultra 911.

What version of Draw are you using? Are you also using the font management app that came with Draw? What OS are you using?

Im on XP pro, Corel 10. Not sure what you mean by font management. I kind of new to using Corel

Font management is definitely something you'll want to look into.

is where you can find a very good article on how to manage your fonts. You can find Bitstream's Font Navigator on one of your Draw CD's - or just stick Disk 1 back in and do a custom install to select it.
