CentreVu Supervisor

I installed CentreVu Supervisor software version 9 on 3 PCs. It worked fine on two of them and is not working at all on the third.

All 3 machines are running Windows XP SP2 and the hardware is identical. When I launch the app on the problem PC I get an error box that says:

Title: Avaya CentreVu Supervisor

(Red X) The operation could not be completed.

Error: 50003 - -- (that's 50003 follow by one dash, a space and two
dashes)

Location: Sub_Main

It never prompts for me to define the network connection.

I have removed the software, reinstalled, cleared out the cache to no avail. I get the same error as sson as I launch the application.

Anyone have any further suggestions?
 
can it be a license issue? Maybe only 2 are allowed.
 
I have a 15 user license so I do not believe that this error is related in any way to a licensing.
