We have a CMS version V8.

All reports work correctly except 1 report.

The report runs ok, but in the report fields it is displaying the DATA ITEMS instaed of the name.

For instance instead of showing "AVG ACD TIME" at the top if the report it is displaying "AVG_AGENT_ACD_SUM, 100*(sum i_ringtime+i_acdtime...etc.

Only ONE report in my entire CMS does this and it does not do this through the terminal.

Anybody have any idea on this?

Is this a standard system report or one that has been designed for you?
If you have access you should just be able to go into Design on the report and re-name the column headers.

This is a standard system report and not a custom.

I believe that standard reports can be modified using Report Designer software only, but I am not aware that they have it.

Is it possible to modify a standard report without using Report Designer?

If its a standard report then Avaya should be able to investigate this? I'm not aware of a way to modify a report without report designer.

This is a known issue - I've seen some other posts on it before - search this site and aucommunity <dot> com for more info.

From what I recall since V8 is no longer supported you'll either have to live with it or upgrade.
