CentreVu Agent Programming

We have a definity G3 with our agents currently using CentreVu 1.1 to control the callmaster VI voice terminals.

We have developed an application in VB based on Genesys as a replacement for CentreVu Agent. Which does everything except Volume control and mute.

Does anyone know how we can implement these features in our application. This isn't available from Genesys

I use JTAPI. But JTAPI Phone Package interfaces and methods are not supported by Lucent technologies. I think that it posible by using COM-port.
