We have CentreVu Advocate enabled in our customer options in our US office and wondered if their was any additional expense involved in setting up this software. Is it necessary to purchase licenses/software in addition to this or are we in a position to move ahead with using it with out incurring any extra costs? Thx
 
If you've got advocate optioned, you can begin using it w/out extra expense. It is a bit complicated with regard to the call center interactions with hunt groups, skills and vdn's, so you may want to engage a consultant if you dont have any experience with it.
