We are having a problem with installing CentreVu 9.0 on a couple of pc's. The pc's will get a dialog box with the number '429' on it and will not allow them to go any further.
Whenever I've had that problem before it was because the user didn't have full administrator capabilites when the program was installed. The fix was to uninstall and then log in as the administrator and install again.
1. Unistall CentreVu Supervisor.
2. Go to Winnt/System32, find file called " compobj.dll"
3. Delete this file
4. Empty recycle bin
5. Reinstall CentreVu Supervisor
