You have to login the Unix portion of the CMS as root. Then type, "cmsadm" and select option 1 for "Feature Authorizations" When that comes up, there is an item at the bottom of the page for "simultaneous CMS Supervisor Users
I logged in as root, ran cmsadm and received the following menu. I do not get "Feature Authorizations".
