Centralized XME settings Nokia symbian

Is it possible to centralize the XME settings file for the Nokia Symbian one x client through a OMA-DM adapter or Intellisync Device Management.
A customer does this with the Exchange en pin policies on all the mobile phones.
Could this be done with the Avaya Mobile client.
