Hi
I have programmed centralized voice mail on a bcm400 4.0 with a PRI and VoIP trunk (H323 and bcm50 2.0 at the other end), all work great except 2 things.

1-When we activate the feature "redirected dn" in the call pilot, if someone take his cell phone and forward it to the business main number, I call on his cell phone and I get the general delivery mailbox instead of the auto-attendant. If this feature is deactivated, all work ok.

2-If someone leave a message to a mailbox program for a set of the bcm50, "Mess" appear on the screen of the phone. This is ok. but if someone leave a message in the same time of all the iptrunk are busy, "Mess" never appear. Even if the ip trunk are coming free.

Thanks all for your help.

I will put the new patch again... (we have new patch every day....)
Then I will shut down and restart.
I wish this will work!

I will give you news after.

Thanks all

Hi all
I just tried something else...

I have create a mail box with the 4 last digit number on the cell phone. (ex: cell number: 555-5432; mailbox 5432, ext 5432) The call go directly in this mailbox instead of the GD.
I try to create a extension with number 5432 and it don't ring. Go directly in the mailbox 5432.
I have try it with 2 cell phone different (5432 and 5433) and the same thing happen. (mb 5432 or 5433)

oh, I just found a new feature....but I don't know what to do with this....

thanks

Hi
it's very funny this feature,
If the president forward his cell phone to the business back door, I put the last 4 digit of his cell phone in alternate ext of his mailbox and the call go directly in his mailbox.
but, I don't know how to cancel this...

Hi
Something else..
I think it's the provider of the PRI who send me something about this because I just try it with a PRI of Telus and Bell and it's happen but when I do this with a PRI of Videotron, it's not happen.
Very strange...

I dont think Videotron is on a DMS switch while Bell and Telus are.
