Centralized VM with SOE Emedded VM backup?

Can I configure the SOE to also use an embedded voicemail/auto-attendant for backup? Doing some disaster recovery planning and wasn't sure how my branches would handle incoming calls if the main site was out of commission for an extended period of time.

The problem is that you can't have a centralized Voicemail and a local on the same IPO.
If they where seperate from each other to might work, although you could end up with very strange results as well.
