Thats really a great tip.

As i said read Alex as there are 40 pages there under "Solution Documents" called Centralised Answer Position that tells you exactly how to do it

The following procedures shall be used for Centralized answer position in a CCS/H.323 network:

In Central operator exchanges

Initiate number series (types EN, OD, OC, (if sub-exchange to other COP: AC, ED))
Initiate common abbreviated numbers (if acting sub-exchange to other COP)
Initiate notification destinations (exchange numbers)
Initiate rerouting numbers per route
Initiate PABX operator call origin groups
Initiate Night Service Diversion numbers for common operator calls
Other activities
In all other exchanges (sub-exchanges)

Initiate number series (types AC, EN, ED)
Initiate common abbreviated numbers
Initiate external destinations (to central operator's PABX)
Initiate rerouting numbers per route
Initiate PABX operator call origin groups (optionally)
Initiate Night Service Diversion numbers for common operator calls
Other activities
